I am able to apply a filter to bring up a subset of my contacts. And I
notice that I can save the particular filter for future use. But how do I
revert to viewing all contacts without deleting the filters I saved?

Thanks,
Shannon

Create your own views instead of modifying it;
View-> Arrange By-> Current View-> Define Views...

-What do the Outlook Icons Mean?
-Create an Office 2003 CD slipstreamed with Service Pack 1

Thanks. I guess that was kind of obvious. I keep thinking in ACT terms,
where I can do lookups. That's really what I want to do, but I don't see any
way to do it except through the filtering in views.
