Changing User password

I have a user who cannot successfully change her user
name.
Immediately after she successfully logs on the system
tells her her password will expire in a couple of days.
She chooses the optiopn to change password now.
The 'change password' dialog comes up with her username
and old (existing) password already filled in.
She enters a new password (that complies with our
rules). The system will not accept the new password, -
it says the username or old password are not correct -
even though it uses the information to allow her to log-
on!

try using a totaly obscure password. or you can logon as administrator and
change it for her.
