Changing User Name in Xp

Hi Folks,

I have been given a company laptop that has been used by an ex-employee. He
has obviously done the original installation of XP Home Edition.

Can I replace his name with mine?
Can I change the directory in the "Documents and Settings" Folder that
currently has his name?
