Changing the text of hyperlinks in outlook

Hi,

I have copied and pasted a link in outlook. Can i modify it so that the link
remains, but it displays a different text .. for example:

instead of saying : http://www. xyz
it says: click here to open this page

The access in this groups name refers to Microsoft Access, a database
