I'm not in Vista right now but go to RegEdit enter this key
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows
NT\CurrentVersion\FontSubstitutes
Then look at MS Shell Dig and MS Shell Dig 2 and see what fonts are listed.
Vista has more keys with fonts listed but this is a start.
