Brian P.

Good afternoon.

I have user here that is color blind. A side effect of
this is that he doesn't hardly notice the red underlining
Word uses to highlight incorrectly spelled words.

Is there a tweak somewhere (.ini file? registry key?) to
change the color to something more orange so it's easier
for him to see it?

Thanks,
Brian

See the Help topic "Accessibility features in Word," specifically, "Change
the color of wavy underlines."

Just newer versions. This seems to have been introduced in Word 2002.

I am also looking to change the colour of wavy lines, but
I was unable to find the 'accessibility features in word'
help topic. Where is it located (I am using Word 2000).
Cheers,
Cathy

As mentioned farther down in the thread, this feature was introduced in Word
2002.
