Changing the reply to address in my email's?...

I have two computers one at work and one at home running one the same email
account, but for some reason when I send emails from home, replies go to my
work address how do I change the reply to line in my emails so that they come
back to the address in which they were sent from?

If it's the same e-mail account how many addresses can there be?
