changing the color of the message.

I know that there is a feature that you can change the color of the message
that is sent to you in outlook 2003. I have done it before but I can't
remember how. I looked around the "rules", and I couldn't find it there ..
too embrassed to ask co workers... am I missing something or.... am I ...
missing something.
