Changing Text Case

I've always wondered why the text case toggle feature (Shift+F3) that I'm so
fond of using in Word and PowerPoint isn't operational in Excel???

Because Excel isn't a word processor???

(I think there would be lots of people happier if they had this toggle, though.)
