Changing Sheet Colour/Color

Hello,

I am having an issue where we are recieving excel spreadsheets where the
sheet background is yellow. I assume this is because this person has their
display appearance window properties set to yellow.
The document prints fine (background is white) but there a way to remove
this colour from the display background of the sheet?
We can format the cells and change the pattern to white however this causes
issues with printing.
It's driving my users nuts!

if you go to Format:Sheetelete Background

does this work

I don't get the option to delete the background. Really there is no
background there. It has just picked up the window colour from the person who
created the spreadsheet.
