Changing Passwords for Domain

I've installed 120 Clients with XP. On this Workstations
the user are not able to change their password. They get
the message: You have no permission to change your
password. On a Win2000 Client the same user can change the
password without problems. Does anybody know what to
change on the XP workstation?

The domain is Active Directory or NT 4?
Are the clients at latest XP service level ?
 
Check your Domain Controller Security Policy security option for additional
restrictions for anonymous users. If it is set at the highest level, no access
without explicit anonymous permissions, it has been reported to cause problems like
you are experiencing. It is documented in the Windows 2000 Security Hardening Guide
