changing order of programs on startup

Hi. Can anyone tell me how to do this?
Currently my internet security program starts up last but I would like it to
be one of the first.

If your internet security program is one of the well-known brands you
can be certain that it is one of the first things that loads when your
computer starts. The user interface for the program loads later, which
is what you are seeing.
