Changing or resetting the system screensaver

I know I have done this before, but I cannot remember how
to change or reset the system screensaver on a Windows XP
Pro machine. I do not want to change the screensaver on
individual logins, but the screensaver that runs after
you log out.
How do I do that?

Run regedit and search for Scrnsave.scr
