Changing my domain name

Hi all,

What is the best way to chang my exisitng old domain name
on a W2K AD DC to a newly setup domain name without losing
all the users and computers and other setting on the
existing DC, anyone can help? DC is the only server in a
W2K AD network.

You can't do this on Windows 2000 - just on Windows 2003.
