Changing look of replies in Outlook 2002

Hello,
I am trying to modify my standard reply in Outlook to
reflect something similar to what Netscape does:
John Doe wrote:

outlook doesn't support editing that.

that is a neat little program. I just cant understand anyone even
caring about how Outlook quotes text. It just isn't that important. to
each his own I guess
