Changing Installation Language

Recently bought a computer which has the option to install
Windows Xp in French and Dutch. But I need to have the OS
in english.

So can I achieve this without an Windows XP CD in English;
 
You will need to purchase the "full English version" of Windows XP
and install it on a clean, reformatted drive.
