Changing "From" line in OL 2002

My "From" line shows my name plus my e-mail address in
two formats, i.e., George [address] <address>.

I want to delete the address entries from the line.

Any help?

Outlook will not permit you to define an e-mail account in which the
E-Mail address field is blank. You are expected to tell the recipient
who you are and how to reply to you.

So why are you trying to send e-mail that prevent your recipients from
knowing who you are and to reply to you? It's e-mail, not junk mail.
If you want to send spam, find a different e-mail client.
 
This is an issue indeed with Office XP Service Pack 3. Microsoft is
investigating the issue. So far I haven't heard of a fix yet.
