Changing fonts in Start/All Programs

I would like to change the font at Start/All Programs, then all programs are
displayed in a crappy font. How do I do this please??

WinXP Pro
 
This is controlled by the current theme you have selected. If you change to
Windows Classic Theme, you can change some of these fonts in the Display
control panel.
