Changing Flash Memory drive letter

Hi,

I am using A software's that must need drive Letters F and E, and when I am
trying to use my flash memory it can't be deduct it , how I can force the
flash memory to use another drive letter.? please advice

Use TweakUI and assign it a permanent letter.
