Microsoft Baseline Security Analyzer says I need to convert my D drive from
FAT32 to NTFS. I tried to install setup to do so but it says I have to have a
floppy drive
(I don't) What do I do now?
PS This seems like an awfully complicated sounding thing to expect people
with little computer experience to know how to do anyway. Does Microsoft not
realize there are lots of people like me out there? I don't really even know
if I need to do it.
Thanks a lot for any help you can give me.

*Need* to do it?
Only if you want to secure the files on that drive.

And it is not that complicated.

Start button --> Run
Type in:

cmd

Click on OK.

When the command prompt window opens, type:

convert /?

and Press Enter.

XP runs fine on FAT32. There is no reason to change unless you want it.
There are some features available with NTFS that are not with FAT32,
but the issue is do you need them?
