Changing Explorer Default Opening

Running Windows XP Pro.

Windows Explorer opens at My Documents by default and I'd like to change
that to start at maybe my C:\ or D:\ drive. How do I do that?

Change the Start In target to %HOMEDRIVE% to open the C: Drive

Thanks to everyone, with your help I figured out the command line I was
looking for.

To make Explorer show by default all your drives with none expanded and My
Computer selected here's the command line:

%SystemRoot%\explorer.exe /e,/root,,/select,c:\
