changing dpi settings in XP Pro

Does anyone know how to change the dpi setting in XP. I
recently upgraded to XP and I am unable to view certain
windows in some of software applications. Supposedly this
controlled by the dpi setting, at least from what I have
read. Anyone have any good ideas???
 
Open Control Panel, open Display, go to the Settings tab, click Advanced,
you should be able to change the DPI settings on the General tab.

Control Panel - Display - Settings, click Advanced, and there is a
selection box
