Changing Display DPI

I changed my display DPI from Normal (96 DPI) to Large
size (120 DPI). I would like to change it back but...
Windows is complaining with the following
message: "Windows Setup has not changed the requested
settings. You may not have the required Administrative
privilege to install or uninstall new files or drivers.
Please contact your Administrator." I am logged in as the
Administrator so I should have administrative privilege.
Anybody know how I can fix this?
