Hi,

I am hoping someone might be able to help me.
I downloaded updates for Musicmatch.
Since then, it has become the default player.
I have three different players on my computer.
Even if I have another one open that I have
been using and change switch CDs, the Musicmatch
Jukebox opens and takes over.
Several times I would close it and it won't
respond and I have to use the Taskmanager.

Does, anyone know how I can change this, so
it isn't the default player but asks which one I want to use?

Thanks

Vicki

To change the default player, right click on My Computer, select Explorer
and go put a CD in the player. Hold down shift to prevent it from launching.

Click on your CD player icone in the left hand pane of Windows Explorer.

Right click on any track and in the resulting menu select "Open With".
You'll see in Recommended Programmes Windows Media Player.

Click on it then make sure that the little box "Always use the selected
programme to open this kind of file" is checked/ticked.

Click on OK and your audio CD's should now play in WMP by default

Cheers,
Jerry

Thank you Jerry. I like that trick about holding down
the shift key.
