Hi.
We have set up our staff scheduling on Excel at work and we have used simple Conditional Formatting to change the cells to green highlight working hours.. i.e. Cell Value = 1, this shows as a green block which identify's them as working for 15 mins. A seperate calculation then computes the number of blocks and converts this to hours worked ie =sum(c4:cd4)*0.25)
Is there a way that we can change the conditional formatting... or any other way that we can change the colour the cell changes based on the value in the first column. The first column being the name of the employee.
We would like to be able to enter the employee name as, for example, Vacancy and have the blocks show in red.
Any help, no matter how complicated, appreciated!!!
Many thanks
