I've been taking an online Master's degree course with the University of
Phoenix for over a year now. They use Outlook Express exclusively for their
online courses. The white background has just about burned my eyes out. Is
there *ANY* way conceivable to change the background color for the folders,
threads and message windows? I can't believe such a basic feature was left
out of OE's original design.

As per the title, this newsgroup is for Outlook, not for Outlook EXPRESS.
