Changing background and font colors

I've inherited an Access 2003 database.

The colors on one of the tables are dreadful, to my eye.

How can I change the colors for the background and the font used in this
table.

You really should not be looking at the tables.
Use forms.
However, with the table open in Table Datasheet View, click on Format
+ Datasheet.

You can further change the Font color if you wish.
