I need to know how to change my admin password because my

now knows it. So how do I do this?

Please email me about this because I'm about to go to
work and then I won't be able to find this message again

Tommy;
Go to User Accounts in the Control Panel.
Select your user.
Select Change Password.

The following works on XP Pro. Something similar will
also work on other Opsys's. I'll also email the answer.

Log on as administrator.
Go to Control Panel - User accounts.
Select change an account.
Select the account you want to change.
Select change password.

Ken

I think I asked this the wrong way, because as of now on
this computer (my laptop) I have a password I created
when I installed windows, which I think is the admin pw,
but I followed the instructions you guys gave me and it
didnt have change pw option, it had create pw option.
meaning its a different password from the one i'm
thinking of. because the password I'm thinking of is
what you have to know to log on to my other computer.
This computer doesnt have a log on password, it just
boots right up. my friend set it up so that someone has
to put in the password i set when i first installed
windows to log on to the comp which is the one he later
hacked and now knows. How can i change that password
because i think it is different than the admin password.
