C: THAT HOLDS ALL AND D: EMPTY. D: PARTITION SIZE IS 37GB SO PARTITION C: IS
REACHING ITS CAPACITY. HOW CAN I INCREASE THE PARTITION C: SIZE OR IS IT

Your keyboard is malfunctioning. Your caps lock key (or SHIFT) seems to be
stuck. Please attempt to remedy this problem as well.

As for your other question - not without a tool like partition magic.

Although - My bet is that it would be easier just to copy all of the
personal (non-system and non-application related) files to the other
partition.

If you are running Windows XP you should be able to use the "File and
Settings Transfer Wizard" listed on your Start menu>Accessories>System Tools.
If that doesn't work, try making new folders on the blank Drive and cutting
and pasting your documents and such to those folders. For Installed Programs,
if you have the original installers, I would uninstall them And reinstall
them onto the alternate drive. Hope that might be helpful to you.

I have been glancing through some of your answers. You usually answer the
question but in every case, you can't resist showing your superior knowledge
by admonishing the poster for something that you consider an infraction in
the phraseology of his question. You did so here and you did it to my
question, among others. Are you even aware of how snooty that sounds?

Not snooty at all.

I could have said something like, "I would answer your query - but I cannot
read it because it is in all caps."
I did not - nor am I the first to answer in the manner I did.
I will not be the last either.

You should read more newsgroup posts by everyone before you judge anyone.
