I have Winxp Pro. Been running fine for month's, then I discover
changes to my ISP log in, all I do is use the infernal machine I
make no changes, take nothing out. Is it at all possible that
changes are made to the O/S without any input, that also goes
for the Bios too.

ISP Login changes how ?, Password doesn't work ? - if that's the
case you've got a serious issue and could possibly lead to Identity
theft. Are you the only person with physical access to the computer ?
Other than some self-maintenance operations, PC's generally only
do what the user wishes. However, there are a world of people
out there that attempt to break into your PC without your knowledge.

I understand that you are upset, but no one can give you focused
troubleshooting with such a vague question.

In general, changes cannot be made to your computer's BIOS (hardware
level) or your operating system without any user input. As for your
ISP's login page, since it is their website they have the right to make
whatever changes they like. You should contact them directly for
questions/comments about their website and their services.

If you are having other problems - since you mention the BIOS, for
instance - then go to this link to see what kind of information you
should include in your posts in order to get good help:

Then come back with all pertinent details and someone will help you.
