Clients are reporting that they can see all the changes made to any word
docs we send them. We use a mix of office 2k, XP and 2k3. I just cant see
why this is happening. Its only happening to a small set of clients, the
majority are fine.

Can anyone clear up which sections of Word could a) reveal version changes
in a word doc and b) which bits can we turn off to prevent this ?

Olly

You must Accept All Changes in Document if you don't want clients to see
tracked changes.

That's what I just told you to do. Before you send the doc to the clients,
you must turn off Track Changes and Accept All Changes in Document. See
