Hi,
I did an new install of XP a week ago over one a year old with new
hardware. No problems with WPA with that one. Then I reinstalled again
a few days later with no hardware changes except addition of a second
HDD. When I tried to activate, I received an error "too many
activations." This is the second computer this has happened on.
Any changes in the WPA policy? Why is this happening when I did not
substantially change any hardware?
Yes, I can telephone (long distance only) they gave me a toll free
number in the USA - I don't think I can reach that from Thailand as
1-800 numbers are generally unreachable and the 'local' telephone
number they gave me is in Singapore!.
Thanks,
Peter
