changes in task manager / XP home

previously when i would go to task manager, i would receive a very simple list of the layperson's names of the programs that were presently in use. now i receive a very long list of all the .exe files that are running, which doesn't do me much good personally. how can i change the task manager function back to where i get the simple list of names? thanks.
 
It sounds like your looking under the processes tab of the
task manager. You will want to go to the applications tab
at the top of the task manager.

I don't see the original message of this thread.

You also can double-click the border that goes around the task manager to
toggle its view mode.
