changed my administrator user account to limited

How can I change my user account back to administrator? I am not able to make any changes to my system

I am not able to make any changes to my systemthe F5 key while it starts up,then when the safe mode
screen pops up select safe mode)go to user accounts,and
create an extra account make it adm. then go into it and
change your account back to adm. then reboot.Go into your
account and delete the extra account you created.
I just tried it by resetting my accounts to limited,went
to safe mode,account administrator,created an account
called abc,adm. privilage,rebooted,went into it and
changed all the accounts back from that one,then deleted
it.(don't save any files from it when it ask you or
you'll have double of some files on every screen name
that's on.Good Luck(let us know if it works for you,if it
don't can go into regedit,but would rather stay away from
that if poss..

help in 5 minutes!Come-on your lucky people even respond
to your mistakes,I'ld refer you to a computer shop in you
hood that would charge you a hundred bucks to fix it!

I AM HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM AND IT DOESNT GIVE ME THE OPTION TO CREATE A NEW
USER ACCOUNT UNDER THE PICK A TASK MENU, IT GIVES ME CHANGE MY PASSWORD,
REMOVE MY PASSWORD, CHANGE MY PICTURE, AND SETUP MY ACCOUNT TO USE A .NET
PASSPORT WHAT OTHER RECCOMENDATIONS DO YOU HAVE.
