changechange / remove button in "Add or remove programs"

Hi,

I do not know since when, but i discovered that all my applications installed
on my PC do not anymore have the change / remove button in the Control Panel
-> Add or remove program.

How can i check what is the mistake and how to repair it ?

Some applications in Add/Remove Programs list are missing Change and
Remove buttons ?
