Change vertical navigational color

I am new to this forum. I have been trying to figure out for some time
now how to change a vertical navigation button color in my theme. In the
Format/Theme there is no option to change the color of the navigation
buttons. I suspect I need a editor of some sort, or to know HTML....both
of which I don't have the knowledge of.

If you go to www.biddefordchurchofchrist.org you will see my issue. I
want to make the colors of the navigation link bar to go with the new
layout, blue.

Any help or how to would be greatly appreciated.

Try Format, Theme, Modify, Graphics, Vertical Navigation.

You'll need to specify a new picture file that uses the
colors you want.
