Change sorting and grouping

Report sorts by: Rep Name with Header and Footer
Type with Header and Footer
Date (without)

I need to add Group as the first sort before Rep Name but can't figure out
how to do this.
 
Open the sorting and grouping box, select the first line by clicking with the
mouse on the right side, press Insert with the key board, youll have the
first line empty, now you can select a new field as the first sort

Open the report in design view. Use the View - Sorting and
Grouping menu item to display the Sorting and grouping
window. Select the report name row and hit the Insert key.
 
Thanks! forgot about the keyboard. I was trying Insert, Edit, Format options,
right click and drag, everything but the keyboard.
