Change Size of Scrollbar

Hi All!

How can I change the size of the built-in Scrollbars (Listbox, Combo, etc.)
for ONLY one form? Does anyone have the API wrapper functions for it?

I don't want to 1) use general Windows settings (Registry) 2) use any
ActiveX 3) re-create a listbox control using pushbuttons etc.
