Change Schema Class Attribute

I'm looking for a way to make it mandatory that to create
a user account in AD, you must enter an email address.
After looking through it I figured I'd test and see what
changing the "mail" attribute in the "user" class to
mandatory would do for me. I can't seem to find the way
to do this though. In the schema snap in you can't seem
to edit the classes that exist, or I'm just not seeing
where this is done. Any help would be great thanks.

You can change the set of mustContain attributes on a class:
