change report from portrait to landscape

I started and saved a report in portrait, but now want to convert it to
landscape. I can't seem to get print, printpreview or report design view to
recognize this change?

Secondlt, when I do get this accomplished, how do I get each field/column to
be spaced automatically in the new landscape format?

Interestingly, in landscape the bottom margin is now recognized as the right
margin? Is that why I have not been able to fix the right margin to prevent
printing an extra page?

You can specify Portrait/Lamscape when the report is in
design view by using the File - Page Setup menu item.
Margins are controled by the printer driver so you need to
follow its rules whatever they are (you may need to resort
to trial and error).
