My Pivot Table has a table column for risk. It is currently displayed in the following order: High, Low, Medium. I would like to change the order to High, Medium, Low.

Any ideas? Thanks.

Hi Chris

this is a really neat trick
click on Low and TYPE over the top of it Medium, press enter & watch them
switch places.

Cheers

You can create a Custom List:

Choose Tools>Options
Click in the List box
Type your list --
High
Medium
Low
Click Add, click OK

In the Pivot table, if the Risk field is set to AutoSort, the items
should automatically display in the correct order. If not,
Right-click the field button
Choose Field Settings, and click Advanced
Choose Ascending, click OK, click OK
