Change Order Management Tracking with Budgeting Focus

Looking to see who out there might have a suggestion or template available to
track a construction budget which includes change orders and updates in
pricing.
For example, this budget tracks ongoing costs of architects, drywallers,
general contractor, and others on a project.
This spreadsheet or database should be able to show the changes as well as
the final current amount.
Variances between the original estimate for construction and today's budget
should also be available.
