Change of settings on restart

I am using Outlook Express 6.0 on Windows XP and the following is happening:
When the system restarts the setting for the incoming POP3 server
changes from mail.trinidad.net to 127.0.0.1 and I cannot log onto my email
server to get my mail

Can you please ask this in the Outlook Express forum? Thanks.

(Do you have any 3rd party software install like SPAM check or AntiVirus
software that could hijack the incoming mail setting?)
