Please advise how we can change the shape of a box in an organization chart i.e. from rectangular to rounded boxes and vice versa. Please note we are using the Office XP Professiona

Organization chart seems to have a fixed set of styles that its boxes
follow. Fortunately, rounded boxes is in that set. Do the following:
1. Select the organization chart.
2. From the "Organization Chart" toolbar, click "Autoformat" button. Its the
last button for me here - the one that has a yellow-colored flash on the
diagram symbol.
3. The organization chart gallery will be displayed. Select the diagram
style you want.
4. Click "Apply" button.

You can change the shape to any autoshape of your choice, using the
following steps:

1. Select each shape on the organization chart individually.
2. Click on 'Draw | Change Autoshape' and select desired autoshape to
change to from the menu.
