If you are using XP Fax, then the way to achieve this is - right click on
fax printer in Printers and Faxes and choose Properties, go to Devices tab,
double click on the device used to send the fax, and on the Receive tab, use
the 'Answer Mode : Automatic' option to change the number of rings.
