Ok all, I have done this before, but can't remember how.

I have macros that clean up data. Using the Tools-->Customize-->Commands
Tab I have dragged the macros to the built-in toolbar so that all I have to
do is click the appropriate one. I have just added two new macros, and I
need to change the name displayed on the button because the actual names of
the macros are far too long and cause me to have extra lines in my toolbar.
However, I can't seem to remember how to change the name, or even move the
buttons if I wanted to, or delete them. Help!

Open the Tools > Customize dialog. Right-click the button. Edit the Name
field in the popup menu.

For general directions about modifying buttons, see

Click Tools > Customize. Then Right click the menu item and type a new
name into the input box on the menu that will appear.

Ok, thank you both! I knew it was really easy.... I don't know why I was
having so much trouble today. Thank you!

No problem.

HA...I had one of those days TODAY. I was going nuts trying to figure
out how to solve a code problem. But when I ran a test, I realized I'd
already solved the problem previously. Worse, it took me awhile to
understand how I'd done it!<lol>

As hubby said...it's pretty bad when you not only amaze yourself, but
don't know HOW you did what you did to amazed yourself. ;-)
