Hi

I'd like to change the location of my Favorites to another drive.

Ive checked the registry and found the Favorites folder at

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\User
Shell Folders

Value: %USERPROFILE%\Favorites

Is it simply a case of modifying the value from "%USERPROFILE%" to the path
where I want it eg: "F:\My Favorites" ?

Should I first create the "My Favorites" folder on Drive F and then copy the
contents of my current Favorites folder?

Thanks for any info.

Yes.

Change the User Shell Folders favorites path and open a IE window. The target folder will be created automatically (if missing), and then copy your internet favorites to the new location.
