change keyboard shortcut for explorer.exe

Hi,

I use another explorer for browsing my folders/files.

When i type keyboard shortcut ( Windows + E ), i want to launch my another
program ( not explorer.exe)

I don't know any good way of general changing windows keyboard shortcuts other than writing your own GinaStub or writing low-level
keyboard hooks.

Some easy way, however, may be in using RegisterHotkey API to define a system-wide hot key (just set MOD_WIN modifier):
