change IE toolbar

The IE Menu bar, Address bar, and Links toolbars are
being displayed on one long toolbar. How do I have the
Menu bar, Address bar, and Links toolbars on its own
toolbar in IE 6.0?

Hi,
Go to View> Toolbars> uncheck "Lock the toolbars." Grab the handles on the
left end of those toolbar items and you can move them around (including up &
down.) When you like the arrangement, lock the toolbars again
