Is it allowed to change the folder in which outlook.pst is located? What is
the best way to do that? Thanks.

Hi,

delete (or move) the existing one and start Outlook. You will be asked for
the location (and name) of your pst file.

With OL closed, move the pst file in Win Explorer. Start up OL - it'll tell
you it can't find the pst file and will show a dialog for you to load it
from another location. Navigate to the new location in the dialog, select
the pst file and open it. From then on, OL will 'remember' the new location
each time you start up. This worked for me under OL2k and OL2003.

Thank Ian, that did it. Bob
